A woman who has been through it all and come out the other side. She is a firm believer in the importance of self-love and the power of pleasure. Helena is a huge advocate for sexual wellness and sexual awareness.

She created this space with her friend and mentor of 25 years, Amara Charles, for all women and men. And for those of us who have experienced some tough realities around their sexuality (which is most of us, really). We want to help you feel seen, heard and healed, most importantly, hopeful!
