Shipping Timeframe We aim to process and ship all orders within 1-2 working days from the time of order placement. Delivery times vary depending on the courier, but you can expect your order to arrive within 3-5 working days from the date of collection by the courier.

Shipping Costs Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of your order. We offer free shipping for New Zealand based orders only, on orders over NZD $300.00.

Tracking Your Order Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information. You can use this to follow your order's progress and estimated delivery time.
